We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your hotel. Thankfully our booking partners have been hand picked to ensure that they guarantee best price.If you find your hotel room, with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on a website other than the Gekko booking partner you have booked through, then here's what you need to do next:
If you booked your hotel through Booking.com via Gekko:
Should you find your hotel room, with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the internet after you have booked, Booking.com will match it. Just contact them within 24 hours of booking, with details of the website.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact Booking.com promptly by emailing priceguarantee@booking.com, but in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room through Booking.com. Your email should include the following information: your name, Booking.com reservation number and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.
- The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
- The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when Booking.com validates your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
- The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through Booking.com on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.
- The lower rate must be in the same currency.
- Booking.com will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through Booking.com is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
- If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.
- "Lowest rate guarantee" does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made. Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.

Special Internet Rate reservations booked through this site are guaranteed to be the lowest rate you can find. If there is a lower rate available for the same dates and the same hotel, you must contact us prior to the property's cancellation deadline of your "Special Internet Rate" reservation. After verifying the lower rate, we will, at our choice, either match the lower rate or cancel the reservation without a cancellation fee. This guarantee only applies to rates indicated as "Special Internet Rates." It does not apply to special events such as New Year's, the Super Bowl, Mardi Gras, JazzFest, etc.
